Owner and Chief Instructor, Master Moises Contreras is a 7th Degree Senior Master Black Belt and a Level 5 Certified Instructor with almost 30 years martial arts training. Mr. Contreras and his staff are dedicated to providing a high level martial arts experience developing students in the arts of TaeKwonDo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (made popular through MMA competitions). Students are able to exercise while learning about safety and life skills. Yoga classes are also offered in the mornings and evenings.
